Free on-page SEO checker
Crawl up to 100 pages of any public site and get the on-page problems that are actually costing you rankings — broken links, missing or duplicate metadata, a broken robots.txt or sitemap, no llms.txt for AI crawlers, and pages quietly hidden behind a noindex tag.
Public sites only. Nothing is saved — the report only exists in your browser once it loads.
Nine checks, run against every page we crawl
This is a real crawler, not a single-page lookup. It requests each page the way a search engine would, parses the HTML, and cross-references what it finds against your robots.txt and sitemap.
Broken links
Every internal and external link found while crawling is followed and status-checked, so you get the dead URL and which pages link to it.
Missing meta titles
Pages with no <title> tag, or an empty one — Google will invent one from your content, and it's rarely the title you'd have chosen.
Duplicate meta titles
The same title reused across multiple pages, grouped so you can see every URL sharing it. Duplicates make your own pages compete for the same query.
Missing meta descriptions
Pages with no description tag. Google rewrites these often, but a written one still controls the search snippet most of the time.
Duplicate meta descriptions
The same description reused across pages — a boilerplate snippet tells a searcher nothing about the specific page they're about to open.
robots.txt problems
We fetch and parse /robots.txt: is it there, does it parse as plain text, does it accidentally block the whole site, and does it declare a sitemap.
XML sitemap problems
We follow the declared sitemap (and common fallback paths), walk sitemap index files, validate the XML, and flag crawled pages your sitemap never mentions.
llms.txt for AI crawlers
We check /llms.txt — the emerging convention for telling ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews which of your pages are worth citing.
Pages blocked by noindex
Every page carrying a noindex directive, whether from a meta tag or an X-Robots-Tag response header, plus anything your robots.txt refuses to let us crawl.
Questions about the SEO checker
Is this really free?
Yes — no account, no email gate, no trial. Enter a domain, pick how many pages to crawl, and read the report.
How many pages can it crawl?
Up to 100 pages per audit. Start with 25 for a quick headline check, or run 100 for a fuller sweep of a bigger site.
Do you store my report or my data?
No. The crawl happens fresh on each request and nothing is written to disk — once the report loads in your browser, that's the only copy. Export it to CSV if you want to keep it.
Why does it say my site blocks the crawler?
Some hosts and firewalls block unfamiliar bots by default. The crawler identifies itself as SearchedByAyanBot — allow that user agent, or check that robots.txt isn't disallowing everything, then run it again.
Can you fix what it finds?
Yes — that's the technical and on-page SEO work I do for clients. Send me the report and I'll tell you what I'd tackle first.
